Jim brings over 15 years of direct experience within the correctional system to the Prison Answers team. Serving as a Corrections Officer and Supervisor at Chester County Prison, Jim developed an intimate understanding of the daily realities, regulations, and safety protocols of life behind bars.

His career is marked by a steady rise through the ranks, reflecting his leadership and reliability. He was promoted to Corporal in 2016 and to Sergeant in 2022, roles that tasked him with supervising block officers and managing complex utility positions. James holds prestigious certifications from both the American Corrections Association and the Department of Corrections, ensuring that his insights are grounded in the highest industry standards.
